Here for the first time is our recording of Long Day, Short Night plus 2 bonus tracks from when Slow Poke 'At Home' was reissued on Palmetto Records. Around that time Tony and Kenny made 45's of Make Out Machine (they still exist in someones apartment) well before vinyl had come back in style. Many of our fans didn't get to hear the track until the Palmetto reissue. For that we decided to master the album with Gene Paul and add these 2 takes, which we also recorded at Tony's house and fit nicely into the 'At Home' vibe.

The last track we recorded at Tony's house was a version of Dave Brubeck's 'Sixth Sense' that ended up on our studio album Redemption (Intuition Music). It wasn't even supposed to be on that album, we had recorded an obscure Burt Bacharach tune called 'Long Day, Short Night' in the studio but a conflict led us to replacing it with the Brubeck tune. We had recorded Sixth Sense for a John Zorn compilation tribute album to Brubeck. When we asked him if we could include it on Redemption he gave us the thumbs up. So...
